Class Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your registration for a class. In that case:

·         If you sign up at least 14 days before class starts, you can cancel within 48 hours of signing up you will receive a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee.

·         If you cancel 7 or more days before the class starts, we will issue you a full credit to use toward another class.

·         If you cancel less than 7 days before the class starts, we will issue a 50% credit, minus a $5 transaction fee.

·         No credit will be issued if you cancel on the day the class starts or if you do not attend the class.

How to cancel. To cancel your registration, please contact us by phone or email. If a credit is due, we will provide you with a code to use when registering online for a future class.

In the case of class cancellation. In the rare event that Portland Art Guild has to cancel a class (due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund. We will do our best to notify you at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.
