Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your registration for a class. In that case:
•If you cancel 7 or more days before the class starts, we will issue you a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee.
•If you cancel less than 7 days before the class starts, we will issue a 50% credit, minus a $5 transaction fee.
•No credit will be issued if you cancel on the day the class starts or if you do not attend the class or any segment of a multi-session class.
How to cancel. To cancel your registration, please contact us by phone or email. If a credit is due, we will provide you with a code to use when registering online for a future class.
In the case of class cancellation. In the rare event that Portland Art Guild has to cancel a class (due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund. We will do our best to notify you at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin.
